There are many ways in which we can care for ourselves. Some we do each day without thinking about them, for example cleaning our teeth, feeding ourselves and cleaning our home. Other things may take a little more thought and planning.
Selfcare is important because it sends a message to our subconscious about how much we value our self and that message gets transmitted to the world through our body language, the clothes we choose to wear, our personal grooming and what we say.
When the world treats us badly it is often a reflection of how we think and treat ourselves, which is a very good reason for you to start taking care of you.
